What is TestFlight?

TestFlight is Apple's official app for installing apps that are still in testing. It's free, safe, and made by Apple. You'll use it to install the FreightCircle Driver App on your iPhone.

How to Install

1Tap the "Install via TestFlight" button above on your iPhone
2If you don't have TestFlight yet, you'll be taken to the App Store to download it (it's free)
3Once TestFlight is installed, go back and tap the button again
4TestFlight will open and show the FreightCircle Driver App — tap "Accept" then "Install"
5The app will appear on your home screen like any other app
6Open it and sign in with the login ID and password your dispatcher gave you

Troubleshooting

"You already have this app installed"

If you had a previous version, delete it first, then install again from TestFlight.

TestFlight says the app is expired?

TestFlight builds expire after 90 days. Ask your dispatcher to let us know and we'll push a fresh build.

GPS not working?

Go to Settings → FreightCircle Driver → Location, and select "Always". This lets the app track your location even when it's in the background.

Notifications not showing up?

Go to Settings → Notifications → FreightCircle Driver and make sure notifications are turned on.
